This is a complex analog, power, and high speed digital design all in one PCB board. It is to be deployed in the power switch board of industrial plants. It collects current and voltage data on power lines, digitize them, and convert them to frequency domain. The data is further compressed before it is sent out wirelessly through the on board Wifi through an external gateway to the backend system. The processed data is used in the backend to determine the type of equipment or machinery attached to the power cable. The backend AI software further predict if the connected electrical machines or devices need maintenance.
